2. Earn by page per impression. Get enormous traffic, it doesn't matter if it's targeted or not, every time you get 1000 page view, you got pay by Google.

Actually, what Google trying to do now is to increase the value from each clicks they receiving from Google whether it's from Google sponsored results or Adsense for their advertisers. Remembered, advertisers would not advertise on any networks whether it's Google, MSN or Yahoo!, to them what is most important is results.
