Smart move! Google, that truly smart of you to do that, Google may be experience a drop in paid clicks at this moment but if they play their cards correctly, they get lot more in return and guess what, I'm not too interested in their paid ads which would be display along in their search results.
One thing for sure, their paid ads would be more relevant than ever before but is that the only benefits we going to expect from them? Of course not, I had mentioned in the past, web users don't click on ads, that's is something we (Adsense publishers) know very well and one of the main reason is web users believes strongly in the idea that all ads got nothing valuable to offer but junks.
But all this may change forever should Google succeed in their plan, let me explain:

Of course not, I had mentioned in the past, web users don't click on ads, that's is something we (Adsense publishers) know very well and one of the main reason is web users believes strongly in the idea that all ads got nothing valuable to offer but junks.
But all this may change forever should Google succeed in their plan, let me explain:
- Web users - They would be more confident to click on the paid ads since they got a common understanding: Google represent quality, relevant information even on ads. And even do some buying right on the spot.
- Advertisers - They get more values back from each clicks, and that mean more business for them.
- Google - Since advertisers realised they get more values from advertising on Google, they just keep coming back and thats mean more money for Google.
- Google's competitors - With the three points above, competitors like Microsoft or Yahoo! face a harder time in competing for the heart of web users and advertisers.
- Adsense publisher - With confident instill within the web users and the brand of Google, users "would be" more confident in clicking on the adsense ads. Why bother to do another search again when there's already relevant information right in front of you.
You might think, you make it sound too simple! But we need to understand one thing - Never underestimate the power of brand.
